Metcast Handan Foundry Ltd. is a modern foundry founded in 2007. The foundry is equipped with advanced resin sand system and recoated sand molding lines, and excellent molding, melting, fettling, heat treatment, and machining & inspection facilities. The company can produce various castings and machined products from gray iron, ductile iron, and heat-resistant steel using resin sand and shell mold processes, serving clients in multiple industries including machine tools, motors, engineering machinery, rail vehicles, pumps, valves, pipes, environmental protection, and metallurgy.

The company is equipped with a stationary sand mixer, a mobile sand mixer, a 5-ton core sand mixer, five sets of hot box core shooters and three sets of three intermediate frequency induction furnaces with melting capacities of 0.5 tons, 1 ton, and 3 tons per hour, respectively. The designed annual production capacity is 5,000 tons, with individual casting weights ranging from 1 kg to 1,800 kg.
